Park is split by a pond. On the east side some tough singletrack runs along the pond edge and fire roads are up a bit higher. On the west side there is more singletrack and some smoother trails. Pretty wet when I rode. There's a boardwalk near the pond but trails further away are a bit drier.
Take Rte. 3 to Rte. 18 South to Rte. 123 west for 1 block then follow signs to park entrance.
